As the name indicates this product smoothen the (i.e. faster and easier) way to complete the complicated telecom related tasks. The main theme of telecomquick is to provide a single window system which manages all kind of users with their proper role and responsibilities. One of the key challenges is integrating the different level of users into the system and restricting them to their level of access. Also to make the process transparent and reliable the system needs a resource to verify all the documents submitted by the applicant / contractor and approve them for a service to customer.
In order to overcome the verification and validation procedure for the documents submitted by the applicant/ contractor, we proposed to introduce a new level of resource into the system namely dispatcher. The super admin gives the dispatcher, to access the documents for the verification and approval/ allotment for a service from a particular geographical location. Also for the easiness of the above transparent & verification process we recommended to use two levels (i.e. part 1 and part 2) of “assigning of tasks” process only to the contractors. In the first part the contractor has to furnish all the basic mandatory details. While starting the part 1 registration the user is called as Applicant. After successful completion of part 1 the same user is called as contractor. The customers are allowed to post project with related documents. These projects are assigned to other contractors manually by the dispatcher. In an exceptional case if the dispatcher didn’t assigned any projects to a particular contractor he will do it under Zip code category. The contractors who are available in that particular zip code can view the project details and the one who accept the project will automatically consider as, this particular project is assigned to that contractor. After the acceptance other contractors in that zip code can’t be able to view the project details. Regarding the payment flow, once the contractor marked as a completed project by generating the invoice. This will reach the customer and ask them to pay through cheque or payment gateway.
By implementing our proposed solution the telecomquick makes a major role in providing the telecom related service to the end customer without any lengthy procedure and long process. This telecomquick has gained the goodwill of both the customers and the contractors due to the unique system architecture i.e. simple and transparent process for both end users.
