Octopus Mail

This Octopus Mail is a special concept of introducing the customization of email templates which is based on the customer needs. Client wants to implement a completely new unique features of adding an external link to the mail content (i.e. body of the mail), drag & drop of images, texts, boxed texts, a image group, image card, etc. this also has a function of sending bulk mails to their customers in a single click (one time sending mail to n number of users with same mail content in it). The user base of this product is so simple i.e. admin and the customer. So they want to implement two different dashboards accordingly. This product will helps the customer at the time of attracting their end customer towards them by using our customized fields and options at the time of email campaigns. The major challenge faced by them is the format of data uploading to the system for processing which involves a huge task and also requires more complicated methods to process it which maintains an optimum speed of the system.

Since there are only two types of users, the customer dashboard is prepared in such a manner which will give all the related info about their previous process history in an interactive manner. In their account the customers are allowed to create a n number of email templates with their related name/topics for it. Under those topics they can customize their email content and images, texts if any and can use the same in their future, just by clicking on that particular template name. We introduced a new concept of scheduling to send mails to the receiver automatically by choosing the mail contents from template or by creating their own and choosing the date and time with seconds to send. Also by integrating the social media the customer can post their view from the octopus mail dashboard and it doesn’t requires a separate login to their corresponding site from outside if they already connected to it. We proposed octopus mail to maintain a separate database to handle the data uploaded by the customer for processing. In order to restrict the usage of the customer we introduced the concept of membership plan which will allow the users to upload data sheet based on their plan i.e. plan based on usage of customer and another type of plan is monthly and annually. We included some new unique feature of tracking the mail and their status from the end user of the customers. To avoid the problem of uploading the data sheets, we suggested two methods, either manually enter the data or upload the data sheet using the particular said formats like csv or excel sheets which are common in usage.

This octopus mail enjoys a special product status with our proposed solution and their unique features of tracking the mails and automation in sending those scheduled mails accurately etc. this makes the customer to follow with the octopus mail which will make them to generate more revenue using this application.
